Where do you currently ship?
Our digital downloads are available to anyone all over the world as no shipping is involved.
Our physical products are only shipped to addresses within New Zealand.
How much is shipping?
All digital downloads - FREE!
Everything else - A flat rate of $8 nationwide (regardless of urban/rural address) using tracked courier in NZ.
Get free shipping if you spend over $80.
If you live within the 5032 postcode then your items can delivered free of charge.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Digital downloads have instant delivery as there are no physical items to ship. A link to download your item will show on your screen after the checkout.
Digital PDF copies of prints can take up to 2 business days but we aim to have them sent within 1.
With our prints, gifts and keepsakes we aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days after receiving payment. Our courier operates Monday - Friday with a cut off time of 12pm each day. Any orders placed after 12pm Friday and over the weekend will be processed the following week.
Once dispatched, please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive.
Do you offer a local pickup service?
We can deliver locally to the 5032 postcode for free but we are not able to offer a collection service at this time.
